I was the strategic advisor to a national, health services sector nonprofit and led a $2.5M Digital Transformation. The project included:

  • Replacing the legacy Customer Relationship  Management (CRM) with HubSpot Cloud CRM;

  • Interfacing new HubSpot Service Hub to Genesys call centre for a full 360° customer view;

  • Replacing the legacy website with Shopify Plus for easy online product and subscription selling;

  • Using Bloomerang to raise funds and encourage donors;

  • Leveraging HubSpot Marketing to understand their customers & maximize revenues; and

  • Replacing hosted SAGE with Xero accounting solution to connect Finance with Sales and inventory.
