I'm currently leading a $2.5 M Digital Transformation for a national nonprofit in the health services sector.

The project includes:

  • Replacing their legacy Customer Relationship  Management (CRM) with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds interfaced to Genesys call centre solution;

  • Replacing the legacy website with Salesforce Commerce Cloud for products and subscriptions;

  • Leveraging Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to manage donors and their donations;

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud to help better understand customers and maximize revenues;

  • Upgrade desktop-limited Microsoft Office to collaboration-enabled Google G Suite; and

  • Replace hosted SAGE with and accounting solution which finally exchanges data with the CRM and eCommerce site.
